Stillwater Antiques Mall is located on Main Street in historic Stillwater, the 1849 birth place of Minnesota, located on the St. Croix river dividing Minnesota and Wisconsin.
Stillwater Antiques Mall is housed in a prairie style building designed by Kislstofte & Vosejpka, Architects for the Cosmopolitan Bank in 1968.
This building stands on Main Street with its unmistakenably curved roof, wrapped around windows on the corner of 3 streets (Main, Myrtle and Water Streets)providing an inviting shopping experience, with ample natural light, an outdoor shopping feel yet within the comfort of indoors and climate control.
The city of Stillwater is ranked in top 10 getaways by the Midwest Living Magazine, "the magazine's editors looked at 8500 towns in the Midwest"...."a historic downtown sprinkled with antiques shops and bookstores that bring collectors from all over the world" (ref:St.Paul Pioneer Press, 4/20/2007).
